Who we are and where we have come from...
Established in 1986, Alpine TreeMovals is located in two sites in Glenorie and Oberon.
We are a boutique producer of high quality trees, and NATSPEC Tree Specification Guidelines are regarded as our minimum benchmark for quality.
We are passionate about growing stock that consistently exceeds these guidelines.
With a combined area under production of 130 acres we grow container trees varying in size from 150L to 2000L and have mature in-ground specimens up to 10 metres.
Founder Arthur Maait has been a leader in the horticultural industry for nearly 40 years. His son Maroun is manager of Alpine TreeMovals.

Alpine Treemovals History
Arthur migrated to Australia from Northern Lebanon in 1962 and went straight to work as a stonemason and gardener by day and at Bonds cotton mills by night.
For the next 15 years he worked in various areas of the Horticultural industry. Finding suitable quality stock for landscaping was difficult, so Arthur decided to start growing the plants himself.
In 1975 he bought the Dural site and founded Alpine Nurseries, which quickly became one of the leading nurseries in Australia. Arthur decided to specialise in growing and transplanting Advanced and Mature trees and Palms, so in 1986 he established Alpine Treemovals.
Arthur has been integral to the NGIA and NGINA, being a Life Member and Past President.
